 ½ head of green cabbage, choppedmay substitute bagged coleslaw mix
 2 large carrots, grated
 2 large celery stalks, chopped
 ½ cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Real Mayonnaise
 ¼ cup heavy cream
 ¼ cup organic sour cream
 2 tbsp Annie's Organic Horseradish Mustard
 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the motheradd more for a tangier dressing
 ½ lemon, juiced
 10 drops Now Foods Organic Monk Fruit Liquid or Now Foods Organic Stevia ExtractAdd this to taste. Add more for a sweeter dressing.
 ½ tsp celery salt
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp Himalayan saltto taste
 ½ tsp freshly ground pepperto taste
 ¼ cup freshly chopped parsleyfor garnish

Chop cabbage and celery. Grate carrots. Place in large mixing bowl. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, horseradish mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, monk fruit or stevia, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over the bowl of vegetables. Toss until vegetables are well coated.

Serve with freshly chopped parsley.
